I would like to thank the staff at the Kennedy Way branch, who had both the time and patience to work through a private prescription this afternoon for us. Big shout out for “Sarah” who was magnificent! Will gladly ask my GP to send all our prescriptions there in future! Another customer mentioned it would soon be re-branded; but we joked it should be named, “Sarah’s Fabulous Pharmacy!” Thank you again for your fantastic service and support, it was and is really appreciated.

I queued for over 20 mins to be told my husbands prescription wasn’t ready, even though he ordered it a week ago, and that I should go back later on in the afternoon as they were closing for lunch and couldn’t get it ready before then. I returned later to find the door locked, the shop full of people queueing and no one to tell me what was happening and how long I might have to wait outside. I didn’t have much time so I had to leave it.

Completely useless - Handed in a prescription on a Tuesday and by the following Monday still had not got it all made up . Lies and excuses - We know the order for the injections was never made in the first week - The Pharmacy was closed on the Friday due to having no Pharmacist and by the following Monday the order for the injection had not been made. As we need the prescription for our holiday this couldnt care less attitude is as a result of Lloyds Pharmacy being the only one in Immingham. Never again will we put our trust in either Lloyds Pharmacies in Immingham

All the staff here are absolutely lovely. They all go above and beyond to help their customers. Always polite when we go in. The pharmacy next to the doctor's should take note on how well this pharmacy is run!

All the girls in the chemist are Angels since the covid and before allways helpful and cheerful nothing is to much trouble bless em. Xxxxx
